Due to the overwhelming demand for more Fushigi Yuugi, the novels
were created. Sides stories or "legends of" each novel focuses on one of
the suzkau seishi and tells a tale of their life before suzaku no miko
arrived (with the exceptions of the Eikou den and Sanpou den novels,
which takes place long after the manga series has already ended)
Written by Megumi Nishizaki, and Illustrated by Watase. I've provided
summaries for a few of the novels, just click the novels name to read the
summaries. In addition to summaries, there are also a few images for
each novel I've included, this is only a small taste to what these novels
