Imadoki follows Tanpopo Yamazaki who has
recently transferred to a high school for the rich,
as an alternative. Her goal? To make as many
friends. Naive, Tanpopo is a fun loving girl that
values friendship more than anything else. But
when she tries to befriend Koki, the richest kid in
school, she quickly learns that some friendships
have to be earned. Although for Tanpopo her
feelings for Koki develop into something more.

had done since Shishunki Miman Okotowari (her
first serialized work) Light hearted, this story
explores the trials and tribulations of friendships
blossoming despite social ranking.
